These miniature butterfly wings are perfect for your next craft project! Brightly colored monarch butterfly wings shimmer with an iridescent orange glow for a truly eye-catching look. These wings are made of sturdy acetate, so they are flexible, but will not tear, and they are tiny and adorable.
This listing is for one pair of wings, which consists of four parts total - two upper wings and two lower wings. All wing sections are double-sided and look the same on the front and back.
I have three sizes of monarch butterfly wings available. Here are the dimensions for each size.
- Small: 1.7 inches tall, 2.15 inch wingspan
- Medium: 2 inches tall, 2.5 inch wingspan
- Large: 2.4 inches tall, 3 inch wingspan
Wings come as shown with no wires or holes, so feel free to add your own. They are easily pierced with a needle or can be hole-punched. These wings can be easily embellished with glitter, rhinestones, etc. You can also add resin for a more dimensional look. Use these wings in your sculpture, doll-making, jewelry making... The possibilities are endless.
Please note these wings are not waterproof. You'll have to seal the edges with something like UV resin if you want them to be water-fast.
